Berggruen Arts & Culture engaged our agency to support the local and national launch of Palazzo Diedo in Venice. Following more than two years of restoration, the palace opened to the public in April 2024 with Janus, an exhibition featuring eleven site-specific and permanent interventions by internationally renowned artists, each conceived in dialogue with the architecture and distinctive features of the eighteenth-century building. We also provided the expertise and experience of our team in the production of photo and video content for the press, highlighting the beauty and uniqueness of the artworks and their interaction with the architectural setting.

Press Office

We supported Marsilio Arte and the Berggruen Arts & Culture Foundation in the communications strategy for the launch of Palazzo Diedo and its inaugural exhibition project, Janus. We coordinated local and national press office activities in close collaboration with our international partner, FLINT Culture, and through a targeted communications strategy generated significant media interest and visibility. Our work included drafting and translating all press materials, from invitations and press releases to comprehensive press kits. We also developed tailored editorial opportunities for selected media contacts, while coordinating interviews and responding to journalists’ requests, ensuring broad and effective coverage of the project.

Public Relations

We managed relationships with stakeholders, cultural institutions, and partners, strengthening the visibility and positioning of Palazzo Diedo within the Venetian art scene and, subsequently, on the national stage. Among our key activities were the organisation of press events and guided tours for journalists and partners, the coordination of communications with artists and curators, and the promotion of exhibition initiatives through strategic public relations activities, ensuring a consistent and engaging narrative around the institution and its exhibition programme. In every aspect of our work, our goal was to enhance the profile of the programme, the artists, and the new venue, creating a cohesive and compelling narrative that conveyed the unique identity of Palazzo Diedo.
