Press Office
CASADOROFUNGHER
In 2024 and 2025, we managed press office activities for the Holy See Pavilion at the Venice Biennale, supporting the Dicastery for Culture and Education of the Holy See in promoting two projects that stood out on the international cultural scene. In 2024, for the 60th International Art Exhibition of the Venice Biennale, we supported With My Eyes (Con i miei occhi), a project hosted within the Women’s Prison on the Island of Giudecca. In 2025, for the 19th International Architecture Exhibition of the Venice Biennale, we managed press relations and media activities for the project Opera Aperta, which has transformed the former oratory of the Santa Maria Ausiliatrice complex into a work of “reparative” architecture that combined the restoration of local heritage with care for the Venetian social fabric.
With My Eyes
For the project With My Eyes (Con i miei occhi), curated by Bruno Racine and Chiara Parisi, we coordinated local, national, and international press office activities in 2024, working in collaboration with FLINT Culture and in close partnership with the curators, artists, and the Pavilion team. From the outset, the project attracted significant media attention due to the uniqueness of its venue and the direct involvement of the women inmates in both the artistic production process and the guided tours. We organised and managed interviews with some of the world’s leading media outlets, coordinated press visits during the Venice Biennale preview and on the occasion of Pope Francis’s visit, and provided support to journalists, television crews, and photographers in the development of in-depth features and coverage.
Opera Aperta
In 2025, we managed the press office and media relations activities for Opera Aperta, the Holy See Pavilion at the Venice Architecture Biennale, curated by Marina Otero Verzier and Giovanna Zabotti. Our work focused on enhancing the visibility of the curatorial concept and the project’s content, fostering dialogue with media outlets specialising in architecture, art, design, and culture. We organised the official press conference, coordinated dedicated meetings with journalists during the Biennale’s preview days, managed interviews and in-depth features with Italian and international media, and oversaw the distribution of press materials throughout the duration of the exhibition. Through an ongoing and strategic media relations programme, the project achieved significant visibility, helping to strengthen the position of the Holy See Pavilion as one of the Biennale’s most authoritative and widely followed participants.
