We curate all communication activities for The Venice Glass Week, the international festival dedicated to celebrating, supporting, and promoting artistic glass, since its first edition in 2017. We actively participate in the work of the Organising Committee, define the festival’s communication strategy, manage relationships with local, national, and international media, and coordinate all promotional activities, contributing to the growth and consolidation of one of the world’s most important events dedicated to glass art. Our work helps enhance the visibility of the programme, the artists, the institutions, and the organisations involved, showcasing both the tradition and innovation of glass through an integrated communication strategy tailored specifically to the festival.

Press Office

The press office activities for The Venice Glass Week encompass local, national, and international media, ensuring extensive coverage of the festival across leading publications and within dedicated culture, contemporary art, design, and events sections and programmes. Our work includes defining and coordinating the festival’s communications agenda, managing relationships with the Organising Committee, participants’ press offices, and Italian and international journalists interested in the event. We are responsible for drafting, translating, and distributing press releases and media materials, as well as collecting textual and photographic content to support event promotion and the development of editorial features. Each year, a press conference and a press trip are organised to promote the festival, highlighting a selection of events during the opening days of the programme. Journalists are also supported in arranging interviews, video shoots, and in-depth features, both on-site in Venice and remotely, facilitating the production of their coverage and reports.

Digital & Multimedia

We have developed and expanded The Venice Glass Week’s digital channels, overseeing its website, social media platforms, and newsletters. We manage the website’s graphic and editorial updates, bilingual content, and the dedicated participants’ area. Throughout the year, we handle the festival’s social media strategy, content production, and community management across Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube. During the festival, we coordinate event communications through posts, stories, photo galleries, and dedicated video content, working with an official photographer and videographer provided by the agency. We also manage the festival’s international newsletter, producing bilingual campaigns and regular Mailchimp mailings to engage audiences and keep stakeholders informed throughout the year.

Graphic design & Marketing

We have been responsible for the graphic design and marketing activities of The Venice Glass Week since the festival’s first edition, contributing over the years to the development and consolidation of its visual identity and international positioning. We coordinate the festival’s overall image, developing and overseeing the graphic design applied across all communication materials, both print and digital. We also manage territorial marketing and urban promotion initiatives, coordinating the installation of informational and promotional materials throughout the city. Among the most significant projects are the design and customization of the festival’s information points, the branding of a vaporetto operating along the Grand Canal and a tram connecting the mainland to Venice, as well as the development of signage systems and temporary installations for the festival’s venues and key events.

Public Relations

For The Venice Glass Week, we also manage the festival’s public relations and institutional networking activities. We coordinate relationships with public and private sponsors throughout every stage of the festival, developing tailored projects that range from the distribution of communication materials and the management of agreed visibility opportunities to the organisation of dedicated experiences, including guided tours and exclusive events. Our public relations work also includes coordinating the festival’s institutional events, such as inaugurations, award ceremonies, press conferences, and opening events. We oversee invitation management, RSVP lists, guest reception, and relations with journalists, sponsors, and institutional representatives, ensuring the smooth execution of each occasion and fostering meaningful engagement among all stakeholders.
